LotsSocial costs $2 per connected social account per month with no subscription, or a plan: Starter is $20 a month for 12 accounts, Pro is $59 for 40 and Business is $149 for 150. Every plan and pay as you go include the same things: all 12 networks, the MCP server and REST API, and unlimited posts, media storage, brands, workspaces and team members. You pay for connected accounts, not for posts or seats.
This page explains what each option covers, what it costs at different numbers of accounts, what happens when you go over a plan or run out of credits, and what isn't included. An account here is one connected profile or page on a network, such as one Instagram account. Prices were checked on 10 October 2026 against the live pricing page and the LotsTech pricing catalogue.
What every LotsSocial plan includes
The features are identical on every plan and on pay as you go:
- All 12 networks through their official APIs: LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit and Google Business.
- The MCP server and REST API, so ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any MCP agent can connect accounts, schedule and publish.
- Unlimited posts and scheduling, unlimited media storage, and unlimited brands, workspaces and team members.
- Per-network checks for caption length, format and required media, and media prepared for each network.
- Automatic retries if a network has a hiccup, and a live post link or the reason a post failed.
- Post analytics where each network allows.
- Drafts that never publish on their own.
Plans differ in how many accounts they include, the price of an extra account, and support: Starter has email support, Pro and Business have priority email support.

Yearly billing is two months free. You can cancel anytime, and cancelling never deletes your posts, accounts or media.
What it costs at 1 to 200 accounts

The rule of thumb: up to 10 accounts, pay as you go. From 11, Starter is cheaper. Pro becomes the cheaper option from 36 accounts, because Starter plus extra accounts would cost $60.08 there against $59. Business becomes cheaper from 101 accounts, where Pro plus extras would cost $149.28 against $149.
How pay as you go and credits work
Pay as you go uses LotsTech Credits instead of a subscription. Credits cost $1 for 1,000, with a $10 minimum purchase, and purchased credits never expire. Each connected account costs 2,000 credits a month, which is $2, charged daily for the accounts you hold. If you disconnect an account, its charge stops.
Credits belong to your own LotsTech wallet and work across LotsTech products, so the same balance can pay for a LotsBlog or LotsTeam project. When credits pay for something, free credits are used first, then plan credits, then purchased credits.
New accounts get 5,000 free credits, valid for 90 days, with no card. That covers 2 accounts for up to a month. It's a credit grant, not a subscription trial, so there's nothing to cancel. Free credits expire at the end of their 90 days; purchased credits don't.
What happens if you go over your plan
If you connect more accounts than your plan includes, each extra account is paid from your credits automatically, at your plan's own per-account rate, charged daily: $1.67 on Starter, $1.48 on Pro and $0.99 on Business. There's no consent switch to flip, and you can keep adding accounts while your credits cover them.
Accounts covered by your plan are used first. Only accounts beyond the plan draw on credits.
What happens if your credits run out
Accounts that are funded from credits pause when the balance can't cover them. Nothing is deleted: your posts, accounts and media records stay, and you keep owner access. New publishing for a paused account needs funding, so top up credits or move to a bigger plan and it resumes. Your agent can read your balance with get_billing_status and fetch a top-up link with get_credits_link, so it can tell you before it happens.
What costs extra
- Your AI agent. LotsSocial doesn't write for you. ChatGPT, Claude or whichever agent you use does the writing on its own plan, which is separate from LotsSocial. LotsSocial charges only for the accounts you connect.
- AI actions inside the LotsSocial dashboard. If you use the app's own AI actions, they use credits when you ask for them. Your agent's writing through MCP doesn't.
There's no per-seat charge and no per-post charge. You can add as many team members, brands and workspaces as you like.
Which option should you pick?
- One to ten accounts, or you're trying it: pay as you go, starting with the 5,000 free credits.
- A handful of brands, eleven to about thirty-five accounts: Starter, with extras at $1.67.
- Several brands or clients, around 36 to 100 accounts: Pro.
- An agency or portfolio past a hundred accounts: Business, which has the lowest price per account.
